Job summary

Agile Occupational Medicine seeks a Licensed Vocational Nurse to support onsite employer events, vaccine preparation, patient flow, and immunization documentation. The LVN will help deliver efficient care, ensure patient satisfaction, and uphold safety and clinical excellence.

The role requires an active LVN license, CPR certification, and preferred Spanish language skills. Travel across Salinas, Hollister, King City, and surrounding areas is expected on an as-needed basis.

Qualifications

• Active LVN license in good standing.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (CPR) required.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer vaccines in accordance with established clinical protocol.
• Perform blood draws and specimen collection as requested.
• Place and read PPD (TB) tests.
• Conduct EKGs and ensure accurate documentation of results.
• Support onsite service requests as needed.
• Maintain proper documentation in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
• Adhere to infection control and safety guidelines at all times.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Location: Must be flexible to cover employer onsite events throughout Salinas, Hollister, King City, Soledad, Santa Maria, Templeton, Watsonville and Santa Cruz areas

Schedule: PRN, as needed for employer onsite events

Compensation: Starting compensation range is $28.00-$34.00 hourly. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
