Job summary

Agile Occupational Medicine seeks a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to support onsite employer events in the San Diego area. You will prepare vaccines, assist with patient flow, document immunizations, and provide patient education to ensure a positive, safe experience.

This PRN role offers starting pay of $28.00–$34.00 hourly, with compensation based on skills, experience, and location. Must hold an active LVN license in good standing and CPR certification; Spanish bilingual is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active LVN license in good standing
• Certification in Basic Life Support (CPR) required
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
• FMCSA consortium experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Administer vaccines following clinical protocol
• Perform blood draws and specimen collection
• Place and read TB tests (PPD)
• Conduct EKGs and document results
• Support onsite service requests as needed
• Maintain documentation per standards
• Adhere to infection control and safety guidelines
