Job summary

Central Coast Home Health & Hospice in San Luis Obispo County is seeking full-time LVNs to join our fast-growing, locally owned team in San Luis Obispo and surrounding territories. This position offers a $2500 sign-on bonus and a regular Monday–Friday schedule with one weekend every four weeks.

Qualifications

• Current California LVN license.
• Minimum one year of professional nursing (LVN or RN) work experience.
• Reliable vehicle to drive for work.
• Current Driver's License and maintenance of a clean driving record.
• Have and maintain auto insurance coverage.
• Current approved health care provider CPR Certification.
• Home Health experience is a plus.

The regular work schedule is Monday-Friday (generally 8 to 5PM) with 1 weekend every 4 weeks rotation.

Requirements:

• Current California LVN license

This position is paid by the visit. Compensation for routine visits ranges from $35.00-$45.00 per visit. Each LVN has an hourly rate of pay for additional work hours, which ranges from $31.00-$35.00 per hour. Actual pay rates vary depending on factors including type of experience, location, and years of experience.
