Responsibilities:

• Implement medication and treatment orders as prescribed by physicians and in accordance with nursing care plans.
• Assist in identifying patient learning needs and reinforcing self-care techniques.
• Report patient care activities, concerns, and resolutions to supervisors, and document charges appropriately.
• Identify patient problems and risks, contributing to the development of interventions.
• Maintain a safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff, adhering to safety and infection prevention standards.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of inpatient hospital experience, with inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Current state license as a Licensed Vocational Nurse.
• Current CPR certification.
