Compensation: $35-$38.00/hour with benefits

Diablo Valley Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our dedicated nursing team. Position Overview

The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) is responsible for providing direct nursing care to residents and supervising the day-to-day nursing activities performed by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). This role ensures nursing services are delivered in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as facility policies and procedures, to maintain the highest standard of resident care. The LVN works closely with the Director of Nursing Services and Nurse Supervisors to support resident health, safety, and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and treatments in accordance with physician orders and care plans
• Administer medications and monitor resident responses

Qualifications
