Position Details:
We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our dedicated team at our primary Irvine location. As an integral part of our Nursing team, you will play a key role in providing comprehensive care and support to patients throughout their fertility journey, forming meaningful connections along the way.
In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of clinical and patient-focused tasks, including patient education, medication administration and guidance, scheduling, triage, and call support. You will also collaborate closely with our medical staff to ensure the highest standard of care. As part of the backbone of our clinical operations, the Nursing team is essential in guiding prospective parents through their fertility treatment, making a profound impact on their journey to parenthood.

Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in a medical office setting (e.g., nursing, reception, front desk, medical assistant, or care coordinator).
- Relevant medical certification required: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Experienced Certified Medical Assistants may be considered for a reduced-scope role.
- Registered Nurses (RNs) and Advanced Practice Nurses are not being sought for this position at this time.
- Familiarity with medical terminology (ideally including ICD-10 codes) is preferred but not required.
- Full professional fluency in English; bilingual skills in Mandarin, Spanish, or Japanese are highly valued.
- Local to the Irvine area for interviews and evaluation period.
Responsibilities:
- Guide and Support Patients: Facilitate prospective patients through the phases of treatment across sub-teams including med teach, treatment plan, Operating Room, recovery room, and more.
- Patient Assistance and Issue Resolution: Assist patients via phone, email, and in person with scheduling, billing, and non-medical inquiries, providing a professional and supportive experience.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with leadership and other departments to address patient feedback, resolve concerns, and implement improvements in care and service.
- Enhance Patient Care Standards: Proactively develop and implement initiatives aimed at improving medical practice standards and the overall patient experience.
- Adhere to Professional Standards: Ensure compliance with clinic policies, hospital procedures, and relevant federal, state, and local regulations to protect the clinic community.

Schedule:
- Clinic is open Monday through Saturday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM
- Standard 8-hour shifts plus lunch break
- Candidates with regular Saturday availability prioritized
