• Can provide nursing visits per physician’s orders and maintain accurate medical records

Required Certifications:

• Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program
• Current LPN or LVN license in the state of operation
• Valid CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license with ability to travel to all locations
