• Must hold a valid CA LVN License and have a minimum of 1 year of direct patient care experience.
• Current AHA CPR certification is required.

Position Summary

LVN Home Health professionals conduct assessments, administer medications, monitor patients' health, educate on health management, maintain records, offer support, and work collaboratively under RN supervision. Clinical skills, attention to detail, empathy, and teamwork are essential.
