The Center at Grande in Tyler, TX is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team. This full-time day position offers a competitive hourly wage of $28 with a $3.25 weekend differential and overtime opportunities.

You will provide skilled nursing care, collaborate with RNs and physicians, monitor patient status, document treatments, and support residents’ well-being. Texas LVN licensure and CPR certification are required.
