The Center at Grande seeks a licensed LVN to join our daytime team in Tyler, TX. This full-time role offers a 6:00 AM–6:00 PM schedule, with a $3.25/hour weekend differential and overtime opportunities. We provide a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) matching, PTO, and multiple health plans.

You will work with RNs and physicians to deliver compassionate care, monitor residents, and document treatments while supporting residents’ well-being.

Qualifications

• Current Texas LVN license.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug test.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care to residents.
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Monitor and document patient status and treatments.
• Support residents’ physical and emotional well-being.
