You will provide skilled nursing care, collaborate with RNs and physicians, monitor patient status, document treatments, and support residents’ well-being. Texas LVN licensure and CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

• Current LVN license in Texas
• CPR certification is required
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test
