Job summary

Canyon Springs Post Acute in California is seeking a compassionate Part-Time LVN for the NOC (Night) shift to provide direct nursing care to residents.

You will administer medications, monitor conditions, document accurately, and work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure resident safety and comfort during the night.
