STAT Home Health in Pearland, TX is hiring Full-Time and PRN Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to provide nursing and supportive care in the patient’s home under the direction of an RN.

Essential Duties Include

• Provides nursing and supportive care in accordance with the Interdisciplinary Plan of Care, under the direction of the RN.
• Communicates with the attending physicians, other home health team members, and other agencies as needed to coordinate optimal care and use of community resources for the patient/family.
• Document all services provided.
• Demonstrates knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations for home health benefits.
• Report changes in patient condition and needs to RN
• Great time management skills

Qualifications

• Current Texas LVN license
• Minimum of 2 years as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
• Home Health experience preferred
• Have dependable transportation, driver’s license, and car insurance
