• Ensure that all documentation and charting is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed.
• Educate residents and families about their healthcare needs and treatments.
• Respond to emergencies and provide first aid as needed.
• Adhere to all policies, procedures, and regulations governing nursing care in the facility.
