Job summary

cTrace Solutions in Denton, TX is seeking an experienced LVN to join our nursing home team. The role offers a $200 sign-on bonus and a pay rate of $40 per hour plus depending on DOE, with an attractive bonus structure for referrals.

Shifts include 6:00 AM–2:00 PM and 2:00 PM–10:00 PM, Sunday through Saturday, with alternating schedules to meet staffing needs. Pre-employment requirements apply before start date.

• 6:00AM – 2:00 P.M. (6)
• 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (2)
• Days: Sunday – Saturday

Note: Shifts are alternating to meet staffing needs.

Able to start any day during the week, given 5 days before start date for processing all pre-employment requirements.
