Job summary

cTrace Solutions is seeking an experienced LVN to join a nursing home in Brenham, TX. The role offers a $200 sign-on bonus and a competitive $40+ per hour with additional bonuses. Shifts run morning, afternoon, or night, with weekends required.

You'll provide patient care, manage medication administration and treatments, document all care activities, and participate in orientation and ongoing nursing education. A Texas LVN license is mandatory.

LVN ( Licensed Vocational Nurse) - Nursing Home- Brenham, TX

cTrace Solutions has a great opportunity to be a part of our growing team! We are seeking an experienced LVN ( Licensed Vocational Nurse) . SIGN ON BONUS: $200

• $40 hour+ DOE AND Amazing Bonus Structure (sign-on and referral bonuses available)
• Shift: 5:45 am-2:15 pm or 1:45 pm- 10:15 pm OR 9:45 pm- 6:15 am
• Working 8-hour shifts and 3 weekends out of the month.
• 6 months contract
• Nurses will be expected to attend EVERY day of New Employee Orientation and Nursing Education Monday-Friday 8a-5p for approximately 2 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for patients – manage medication administration and treatments; provide medication education and complete documentation.
