Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Understand and adhere to established policies and procedures.
• Implement the nursing care plan for each patient.
• Provide nursing services, treatments and diagnostic and preventive procedures as assigned.
• Initiate preventive and rehabilitative nursing procedures as appropriate.
• Observe signs and symptoms and report to physician and RN reactions to treatments, including drugs and changes in the patient’s condition.
• Teach and counsel the patient and family regarding nursing care needs and other related problems at home.
• Prepare clinical and progress notes.

Work Schedule: Monday through Sunday, Morning Shift, Mid Day Shift, Night Shift. Hours flexible.

Availability: Full-Time & Part-Time.
