Job summary

Brookshire Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a long-term care setting. The LVN will monitor vitals, assist with daily activities, administer medications, and communicate health changes to the care team and families.

This in-person role requires an active LVN license, completion of required orientation, and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid LVN license in good standing.
• Successful completion of a training and competency evaluation program.
• Completion of orientation required by company policy.
• Health screening and TB test within two weeks of employment.
• Criminal background check clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Take and monitor patient vital signs.
• Assist patients with eating, dressing, and bathing.
• Administer medication.
• Communicate changes in patient health status to Nurses and Physicians.
• Maintain accurate patient records.
• Participate in patient care planning.

Responsibilities

Requirements
