Job summary

Stamford Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team in Stamford, TX. You will provide direct patient care in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting, administering medications and monitoring residents.

The role requires an active LVN license, completion of orientation, and ability to work in a team with nurses, physicians, and family members. This is an in-person, on-site position focused on compassionate, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid LVN license in good standing.
• Successful completion of a training and competency evaluation program.
• Completion of orientation required by company policy.
• Health screening and TB test within two weeks of employment if required.
• Must be free of criminal activity proven by a criminal background check.
