Job summary

Avir Health Group is seeking a qualified Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team in Athens, Texas. The role runs 6a–6p and 6p–6a with a $2,000 sign-on bonus for full-time staff. You will provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise daily nursing activities to ensure compassionate, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas LVN license is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• IV certification is preferred.
• Weekday availability 2 PM to 10 PM, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in the assigned unit.
• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities and assist care team to maintain high-quality care.

Qualifications for Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN):

• Valid Texas Nurse License.

• Valid CPR Certification.

• I.V. Certification preferred

• Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care.

• The LVN position at Athens requires weekday availability from 2 PM to 10PM, Monday through Friday.
