Job summary

AVIR Health Group is seeking a qualified Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our family in Abilene, Texas. The LVN will provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise day-to-day nursing activities on the unit, ensuring comfort, dignity and exceptional care.

New grads and walk-ins are welcome as part of our supportive team approach. The position features a 6PM-6AM shift, a $2,000 sign-on bonus for full-time staff, and a comprehensive benefits package including family health insurance,

Qualifications

• Valid Texas Nurse License.
• Valid CPR Certification.
• IV Certification preferred.
• Knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise daily nursing activities on your unit.
• Support the growth and development of the nursing staff and ensure adherence to care plans.
• Deliver compassionate care with dignity and respect to residents and their families.
