Job summary

AVIR Health Group is seeking a qualified Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team in Texas. The LVN will provide direct nursing care to residents, supervise nursing staff, and ensure high-quality, compassionate care in a supportive environment.

We offer a $2,000 sign-on bonus for full-time staff, 6PM-6AM shifts, and a comprehensive benefits package including family health insurance, a 401k with match, PTO, and other voluntary benefits. New grads are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas Nurse License.
• CPR Certification required.
• IV Certification preferred.
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents on assigned unit.
• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities and support staff.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations and guidelines.
