• Pay Range: $25.24–$34.73+ per hour
• Shifts: Overnight and Day
• Sign‑On Bonus: $1,000 for full‑time until 04/18

Responsibilities

• Document resident condition and nursing needs accurately and in a timely manner.
• Develop, direct, and monitor nursing assistant assignments based on census and care needs.
• Administer treatments, record medication responses, and report reactions.
• Prepare, administer, and chart all medications.
• Initiate physician orders and facilitate communication with families regarding medication changes.
• Maintain protocol to ensure care plans are updated and accurate, reflecting each resident’s individuality.
• Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers to deliver quality customer service.
