• LVN license required.
• Prior experience preferred but new grads welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients' condition and assess needs to provide optimum care.
• Observe/interprete symptoms and changes, communicating to physicians.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to create individualized care plans.
• Perform routine procedures (BP, injections) and document patient charts.
