Magnolia Congregate Living Health Facility in Corona, CA is seeking a compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our growing team for a full-time, 12-hour shift role in a 6-bed facility.

You will provide direct skilled nursing care, perform tracheostomy care, G-tube feeding, wound care, and medication administration, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team while maintaining CDPH compliance.

Qualifications

• Current California LVN license (in good standing).
• Experience with trach and G-tube preferred.
• Wound care experience a plus.
• CPR/BLS certification is required.
