Unknown facility is seeking an LVN to provide direct nursing care to residents with 12-hour shifts (7a-7p or 7p-7a) and rotating weekend coverage. You will supervise nursing assistants, ensure regulatory compliance, and participate in shift planning and charting.

The role requires an active LPN/LVN license and strong communication in English, with leadership abilities to coordinate care plans and maintain quality resident care in a long-term care setting.

Formación

• Must possess Nursing degree or be graduate of LPN/LVN program.
• Current license to practice as LPN/LVN in this state.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.

Responsabilidades

• Direct the day-to-day nursing assistants in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines.
• Ensure nursing personnel comply with written policies and procedures.
• Review department policies and participate in shift planning.
• Ensure Nursing Service Procedures Manual is current and followed.
• Maintain patient records and report on shift activities.
• Oversee medication administration and documentation.
• Supervise nursing staff and coordinate care plans with other departments.
• Provide leadership to nursing personnel assigned to your unit/shift.
• Ensure safe and compassionate care for residents and adherence to regulations.
