Responsibilities

Under supervision of a Registered Nurse, the LVN works in various settings such as community or employment immunization clinics, wellness clinics, job safety sites, workers' compensation sites, and travel health clinics serving diverse populations from pediatric to geriatric.

Minimum Requirements

• Current LVN/LPN license in practicing state
• Preferred: One year of clinic experience as an LVN/LPN
• Current CPR certification (if applicable)
• TB screening (questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray)
• Current health certificate as per contract or state regulation
• Meet all federal, state, and local requirements
• At least 18 years of age
