Job summary

Angels Care Home Health is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for full-time field-based work in San Angelo, TX. The LVN will provide skilled nursing care under RN supervision, coordinating with the care team and families in clients’ homes.

We require a Texas LVN license, CPR/ Hepatitis profile, and a valid driver’s license. Two years in LVN/home health is preferred. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered for this full-time position.

Qualifications

• Two years' LVN experience is preferred, especially in home health setting.
• Current LVN license in the state where you’ll work.
• BLS/CPR certification and Hepatitis B profile.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse.
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, patient/family, and referring agency.
• Maintain high standards of patient safety and documentation in home settings.
