Amsterdam Nursing Home is actively hiring LPN Team Members for all shifts in our Skilled Nursing Facility located in New York City.

Compensation:

• Base rate of $35.38 per hour, with an additional 10% shift differential for evening and night shifts.
• Non-Union rate of $45/hr.
• Recently increased rates!
• $2,000 Sign-On Bonus for full-time positions.
• New graduates are welcome!
• Now hiring directly into the union.

Responsibilities include:

1. Collecting information from new residents for admission.
2. Recording health details, including vitals and temperature.
3. Administering medications and injections as needed.
4. Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores.
5. Supervising CNAs may be required.
6. Assisting residents with dressing and personal hygiene.
7. Monitoring food and liquid intake/output.

Requirements:

• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Valid NY State LPN license.
• Good standing with the State Registry.
