Amsterdam Nursing Home is actively hiring LPN Team Members for all shifts at our Skilled Nursing Facility in New York City.

Compensation:

• Base rate of $35.38 with an additional 10% shift differential for evening and night shifts.
• Non-Union rate of $45/hr.
• Sign-On Bonus: $2,000 for full-time positions.
• New graduates are welcome!

Duties include:

1. Collecting required information from new residents for admission.
2. Recording health details, including vitals and temperature.
3. Administering medications and injections as needed.
4. Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores.
5. Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) may be required.
6. Assisting residents with dressing and personal hygiene.
7. Monitoring residents' food and liquid intake and output.

Requirements:

• Must be able to work as part of a team.
• Valid NY State LPN license.
• In good standing with the State Registry.
