Amsterdam Nursing Home is actively hiring LPN Team Members for all shifts at our Skilled Nursing Facility in New York City. The base rate is $35.38, with an additional 10% shift differential for evening and night shifts. Non-Union rate is $45/hr. We have recently increased our rates! $2,000 Sign-On Bonus for full-time positions. New grads are welcome! We are now hiring straight into the union.

Responsibilities include:

• Collecting required information from new residents for admission
• Recording health details, including vitals and temperature
• Administering medications and injections as needed
• Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores
• Supervising CNAs may be required
• Assisting residents with dressing and personal hygiene
• Monitoring food and liquid intake and output

Requirements:

• Must be able to work as part of a team
• Valid NY State LPN license
• Good standing with the State Registry
