Qualifications

• Active unrestricted LVN license in state of practice.
• 1-2 years of nursing experience; correctional experience preferred.
• Active CPR certification.
• Strong clinical and communication skills; adaptability in high-pressure settings.

Responsibilities

Position Summary

As an LVN at our facility, you’ll play a hands-on role in delivering care to a vulnerable population under the guidance of RNs and medical providers. Some responsibilities include:

• Administering medications and treatments as ordered
• Assisting with activities of daily living and therapeutic interventions
• Taking vital signs and monitoring patient conditions
• Providing wound care and changing dressings
• Supporting documentation and care planning
• Promoting hygiene, sanitation, and a safe environment for all patients
• Serving as a vital part of a multidisciplinary treatment team

What You’ll Need
