Job summary

CareLinx is hiring Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to provide skilled nursing care across a variety of settings nationwide. New graduates are welcome, and you’ll work with a Care Advisor to match shifts to your availability and goals via the CareLinx app.

Role includes administering care plans, recording vitals, immunizations, and documenting tasks in the CareLinx app; requires active LVN license, CPR/BLS, COVID vaccination, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Active LVN nursing license/certification.
• Active CPR/BLS certification required.
• Minimum 2 months of nursing experience.
• Proof of COVID vaccination including booster.
• Access to a smartphone capable of running the CareLinx app.
• Ability to communicate in English; bilinguals encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide care within scope of practice including care plans.
• Collect, record, and monitor patient data and vitals.
• Administer immunizations and injections as ordered.
• Document care tasks in the CareLinx app during shifts.
• Maintain client confidentiality and professional conduct.
