Job summary

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is seeking an LVN for Goleta programs, caring for adults with IDD and behavioral health needs. You will work with a healthcare team to assess patient needs, plan and modify care, and implement nursing care plans, while documenting in the electronic health system.

The position offers a flexible schedule, a sign-on bonus, relocation support if needed, and opportunities for professional growth through ASCEND and continuing education.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of a Licensed Vocational Nursing Program and have a valid License to practice as LVN in California (or ability to obtain/transfer).
• Prior experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs, plan and modify care, and implement individualized nursing care plans.
• Provide basic patient care such as wound care, dressing changes, and monitoring vital signs.
• Administer medications and document in the electronic health system.

We are seeking a LVN for our Goleta programs working with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will work as part of a healthcare team to assess patient needs, plan and modify care, implement individual nursing care plan. You will provide basic patient care or treatments such as dressing wounds, treating bedsores, massaging, or performing catheterizations and measure and record patient’s vital signs, administer medications and maintain information in electronic health system.
