Job summary

LearnWell seeks passionate teachers to provide remote virtual tutoring to child and adolescent students receiving behavioral health treatment. The role focuses on 1:1 and small group sessions, with teachers guiding students through coursework and ensuring academic progress.

Candidates must hold a Massachusetts teaching license and a B.A./B.S. degree. Availability is Mon-Fri 8:00 AM–10:00 PM EST, with at least 12.5 hours weekly, and a reliable home workspace and internet connection are required.

Qualifications

B.A./B.S. degree from an accredited institution.
Massachusetts teaching license.
Comfortable working with Middle and High school students.
Strong organizational skills.
Understanding of subject matter relevant to student needs, especially in High School Math and Science.
Reliable internet connection, working computer and distraction free work space.

Responsibilities

Provide virtual tutoring to students on a 1:1 and small group basis.
Act as an aide to guide students through educational material and ensure academic success.
Maintain consistent availability Monday–Friday between 8:00 AM–10:00 PM EST with a minimum commitment of 12.5 hours per week.
