Qualifications

• Licensed veterinary technician in the state of Tennessee.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Veterinary Technician.
• Commitment to ongoing educational development and growth.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work with dogs up to 130 pounds.
• Capability to work in a fast-paced veterinary environment.

Responsibilities

• Communicates professionally with clients and team to ensure excellent service.
• Assists veterinarians during examinations and procedures, including restraint as needed.
• Obtains radiographs and prepares medications, vaccines, and treatments as prescribed.
• Maintains clean examination rooms and supports anesthesia administration and monitoring.
• Performs dental cleanings and assists with surgeries under veterinary direction.
