Job summary

Destination Pet LLC seeks a licensed veterinary technician at All Friends Animal Hospital – Norwich, CT. You will be encouraged to work at the top of your license, lead technician appointments, and mentor assistants with a transparent pay structure and structured growth.

The role offers a 25.00–30.00 USD hourly wage, a benefits package including health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, CE allowances, PTO, and leadership training as part of a multi-level career ladder.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Connecticut Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) state license.
• Care at the top of your license; clinical driver and team mentor.
• Experience in anesthesia, dentistry, diagnostics, nursing/triage and client communication.

Responsibilities

• Work at the top of your license and serve as a clinical leader.
• Perform anesthesia, dental radiography, in-house lab analysis, cytology and sample collection.
• Monitor patients, wound care, and manage catheters/feeding tubes.
• Lead tech appointments, team huddles, and mentor assistants/externs.
