Job summary

Harbor Animal Hospital in Gig Harbor, WA is seeking a Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) to join our experienced, collaborative team. You’ll use your skills across anesthesia, dentistry, venipuncture, and patient care.

We support growth, mentorship, and voice in the hospital; full-time, four 10-hour shifts, competitive hourly pay with benefits including medical/dental/vision, PTO, CE opportunities, uniforms, and additional NVA benefits.

Qualifications

• Current Washington LVT license or ability to obtain.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for veterinary medicine and patient care.

Responsibilities

• Anesthesia induction, monitoring, and recovery.
• Dental procedures and dental radiographs.
• Venipuncture, IV catheter placement, and laboratory work.
• Patient treatments and nursing care.
• Surgical and procedural support.
• Client education and communication.
• Working closely with doctors and support team to provide excellent patient care.
