We provide top-of-the-line medical, surgical, and dental equipment, as well as an in-house laboratory and abdominal ultrasonography with visiting clinicians.**Your Role – Clinical Driver & Leader**As a Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT), you will be encouraged to work at the top of your license and serve as a clinical leader, ensuring medical excellence with a patient-first mindset. We follow AAHA utilization guidance consistently.You will primarily utilize your skills in:* Anesthesia & Analgesia: Full IV catheterization, multimodal pain management, induction, and advanced monitoring/recovery.* Dentistry: Full-mouth dental radiography, charting, and periodontal therapy (per DVM direction).* Diagnostics: High-quality radiography/positioning, in-house lab analysis, microscope use for cytology, and sample collection.* Nursing & Triage: Critical patient monitoring, advanced wound care, and managing catheters/feeding tubes.* Workflow Leadership: Leading tech appointments, team huddles, and mentoring assistants/externs.* Patient Care: Understanding patient needs, patient restraint, vaccines and preventive care, administering injections (SQ, IM, IV), medication administration, client communication, record keeping and follow-up phone calls.Growth & Schedule* Growth Paths: Your career interests guide your path!
