Job summary

Arlington Veterinary Center, part of Western Veterinary Partners, is seeking an experienced Licensed Veterinary Technician to join our team and support outpatient care and procedural services, including surgery and dentistry.

This full-time role offers a 4/10 schedule, Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday with rotating Saturdays, and a compensation range of $20–$22 per hour. The ideal candidate has 3+ years' experience and Texas licensure, with strong client communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of veterinary technician experience.
• Active and good-standing Licensed Veterinary Technician in Texas.
• Proficiency in anesthetic induction, monitoring, and recovery; surgical assistance; dental procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supporting efficient exam room, outpatient, surgical, and dental workflows.
• Performing dental procedures, including prophylaxis and radiography.
• Reviewing treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions with clients clearly and compassionately.
• Building strong client relationships through education, communication, and attentive service.
