Job summary

Total Safety is seeking a Licensed Underground Technician/Operator to provide service inspection, testing, maintenance, and repair for fire equipment both onshore and offshore as required. Qualifications

• Must meet regulatory standards (OSHA, NFPA) for assigned responsibilities.
• State/Coast Guard/ABS regulations if offshore applicability applies.
• Experience with underground fire protection and piping installations.
• Valid TWIC and forklift certification as required by facility.

Responsibilities

• Perform underground repairs for underground firewater.
• Operate tools like flange spreaders and pneumatic saws.
• Install and inspect fire protection systems underground and aboveground.
• Complete job documentation and obtain customer signatures for invoicing.
• Conduct pre-job, update, and post-job briefs; maintain clean work area.
