Job summary

Olsson is seeking a licensed Professional Engineer to join our Traffic/Technology team in Arkansas. You will lead traffic operations and signal timing design projects, collaborate across disciplines, and contribute to city-wide transportation solutions from our Little Rock or Fayetteville offices.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years of traffic engineering experience, a PE license, and proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D or MicroStation along with Synchro, SimTraffic, HCS or VISSIM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering required.
• Six (6) or more years of relevant traffic engineering experience.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license.
• Familiarity with CAD software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or MicroStation.
• Working knowledge of traffic software like Synchro, SimTraffic, HCS, VISSIM.

Responsibilities

• Lead traffic engineering studies and design projects.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver transportation infrastructure solutions.
• Support project delivery for city-wide and intersection improvement designs.
