You will process stock, ETF and other investment orders, verify trade information, and provide exceptional client service while adhering to regulatory requirements.

The position offers full-time, remote work with competitive base salary and benefits, requiring CSC/CPH completion and bilingual English/French proficiency.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service in Banking or Investment industries.
• CSC and CPH completed.
• CIRO 30-day training completed while at a dealer member.

Responsibilities

• Take buy/sell orders via app and write trade tickets.
• Verify information and execute orders per instructions.
• Provide customer service via phone, email, and chat.
• Confirm member identity and process account changes and transfers.
• Maintain daily trade records and reconcile with custodian.
