Job summary
The Recovery Village Cherry Hill at Cooper is seeking a Licensed Clinician I to provide individual, family, and group therapy as part of a dedicated behavioral health team.
You will conduct psychosocial assessments, help develop Master Treatment Plans, coordinate discharge planning, and maintain clear communication with families and referral sources.
Requires NJ license (LPC/LCSW/LMFT/LCADC/LAC/LSW/LAMFT); Masters in social work or related field; CPR/BFA certification preferred.
Qualifications
- Masters degree in social work, psychology, or related human services field.
- Licensure in NJ with LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LCADC, LAC, LSW or LAMFT.
- CPR and BFA certification preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy to patients.
- Complete and sign off on required documentation per policy and regulatory standards.
- Develop Master Treatment Plans with the clinical team and assist in discharge planning.
- Coordinate communication with families, referral sources, and service providers.
- Provide crisis intervention and participate in multidisciplinary treatment planning.
