Job summary

Thriveworks seeks licensed clinicians to provide telehealth therapy to clients across the country, with a focus on Arkansas licensing requirements. You will manage a full caseload with a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, while Thriveworks handles credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support.

As a W2 employee, you will receive guaranteed pay per completed session, 401(k) with matching, paid time off, CEU reimbursement, and opportunities for clinical supervision

Qualifications

• Licensed clinicians must hold an independent Arkansas license (LPC, LMFT, LCSW or CP).
• Ability to deliver telehealth with reliable availability across seven days (7 a.m.–10 p.m. ET).
• Familiarity with EHR tools and credentialing processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy sessions to clients.
• Document sessions and progress in the EHR system.
• Collaborate with Thriveworks clinical community and supervisors.
