Job summary

Recovery at the Crossroads, LLC is seeking a Licensed Therapist to join our trauma-informed team. This full-time role offers day and evening hours with a collaborative, supportive environment and clinical supervision included.

The therapist will provide individual, group, and family sessions, applying ASAM and NJ licensure standards while coordinating with the Clinical Director for professional growth. In-person work in New Jersey.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling or social work.
• Licensed as NJ LSW/LCSW/LAC or LPC.
• Minimum of 3 years direct services in co-occurring treatment.

Responsibilities

• Provide sessions and psychoeducational lectures while following Joint Commission standards and NJ licensure criteria.
• Conduct individual sessions, process groups, family sessions and lectures.
• Apply ASAM criteria and NJSAMS in treatment.
• Collaborate with Clinical Director for clinical growth and supervision.

Job description

Recovery at the Crossroads, LLC is looking for a Licensed Therapist to join our team! This position facilitates the substance use disorder recovery and co-occurring mental health treatment process for clients in a trauma informed care setting that promotes a strong team environment of support. The schedule for this position will be full time, with both day and evening hours (there is some flexibility with times, but a sample schedule could be M, W, F 9am-5pm, and T and Th from 12:30pm-8:30pm). Clinical supervision is provided/included.

Job Responsibilities

• - Providing Joint Commission standards and New Jersey licensure criteria to all aspects of treatment and documentation.
• -Conducting individual sessions, facilitating process groups, family sessions, and psychoeducational lectures.
• -Demonstrating knowledge and application of ASAM criteria and NJSAMS.
• -Working with the Clinical Director to assure guidance and support for clinical growth.

Qualifications

• -Masters level clinical degree
• -Licensed as either a LSW, LCSW, LAC, or LPC in New Jersey
• -Minimum of 3 years of direct services in co-occurring treatment preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay Range: $50,000-$60,000 annually
