Job summary

Turning Point Care Center, LLC in Moultrie, GA seeks a Licensed Therapist for our Men's PHP program. You will provide individual and group counseling to adults with trauma, mental health, and/or substance abuse issues, guiding treatment planning and case management.

Work hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with supervision for licensure and free CEU opportunities. Full-time role in a therapeutic community focusing on recovery, with ongoing professional development and a supportive team

Qualifications

• Masters Degree required; new graduates may be considered if pursuing licensure
• Licensure in Georgia preferred: LMSW, LAMFT, LAPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LPC

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling to adults with trauma, mental health, and/or substance use issues.
• Work Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm with mornings for group therapy and afternoons for individual sessions, family contacts, case management, and treatment planning.
• Clinical supervision for licensure is provided to full-time therapists; Continuing Education (CEU) is offered during work time.

Licensed Therapist - Social Worker - Counselor

Therapists at Turning Point provide individual and group counseling to adults with trauma, mental health, and/or substance abuse issues. Therapists must be aware of social factors affecting the psychological well-being of individuals, services/programs for psychological/sociological improvement of individuals, and in conducting evaluative interviews.

Our full-time therapists generally work Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm providing group therapy in the mornings that may include process and education groups. Afternoons are primarily individual sessions, family contacts, case management, and treatment planning. Clinical supervision for licensure is provided to full-time therapists. Continuing Education (CEU) is designed to assist in meeting biannual licensure requirements and provided for free, during work time.

This full-time position is for our Men's PHP program.
