Job summary

Turning Point Care Center, LLC in Moultrie, GA seeks an experienced Nurse Manager (RN) for a full-time day shift. You will lead nursing staff, ensure safe patient care, and collaborate with Clinical Services to support the facility's behavioral health programs.

Ideal candidates hold a Georgia RN license, 4+ years of RN experience in behavioral health, and MH nursing certifications. This role emphasizes team leadership, safety, and adherence to the hospital's treatment goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in nursing preferred.
• Four (4) years of RN experience; behavioral health/substance abuse/psychiatric setting preferred.
• Psychiatric or Mental Health Nursing certifications preferred.
• Progressive responsibility including supervisory/administrative nursing roles preferred.
• Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Georgia in good standing.
• Ability to interact appropriately with all populations served and possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge and mastery of DSM-5 and biopsychosocial assessment preferred.
• Demonstrated competence to participate in interdisciplinary formulation of individual treatment plans; to give skilled nursing care; and to direct, monitor, and evaluate the nursing care furnished.
• BLS/CPR certification

Nurse Manager - Registered Nurse (RN) – Full-time, Day Shift

The Nurse Manager position is a managerial position accountable to the Director of Nursing and has responsibility for ensuring the overall efficient operation of the department in various aspects including creating, maintaining and managing a therapeutic milieu within the treatment program to ensure the safety of patients and staff. Collaborates with Clinical Services and other departments to accomplish the treatment goals of Turning Point.

Qualifications

Qualified applicants will have:
