Thousand Branches Wellness is seeking an experienced therapist to join our outpatient team in Omaha, NE. The role involves clinical assessment, group and individual therapy, and interdisciplinary treatment planning, with services offered both in person and virtually.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology with active licensure (e.g., LISW/LMHP). Strong diagnostic skills, evidence-based approaches, and excellent documentation are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Active, unrestricted licensure (e.g., LISW, LMHP, PLMHP or equivalent).
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care).
• Excellent documentation and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
