The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology with active licensure (e.g., LISW/LMHP). Strong diagnostic skills, evidence-based approaches, and excellent documentation are essential.

• Active, unrestricted licensure (e.g., LISW, LMHP, PLMHP or equivalent).
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care).
• Excellent documentation and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

This clinical position is responsible for day-to-day clinical operations of the assigned location. Responsibilities include but are not limited to clinical assessment, group therapy, individual therapy, interdisciplinary treatment planning and other clinical interventions as deemed necessary. Clinical operations will be offered both in person and virtually.

Responsibilities:

• Curriculum development and implementation
• Referral management, assessments and direct client contact (individual, group and family)
• Implement and manage systems to ensure effective communication with clients, families, referral sources and other relevant entities
• Treatment, discharge and safety planning
• Active participation in clinic consultation, supervision and collaboration
• Thorough and timely clinical documentation
• Other duties as assigned
